Wheel blast machine with rubber drum TRB-150

Function

The drum belt blaster TRB150-1 is a compact and efficient solution for cleaning and treating small to medium-sized metal parts. The blasting process has the following purposes:

• Removing rust, paint and other contaminants.
• Improving surface quality for further processing.
• Enhancing material properties through shot peening.

The machine has a drum with a maximum capacity of 150 litres and a load capacity of 300 kg, allowing multiple parts to be treated at the same time.

Operation

The parts to be treated are placed in the drum belt, after which the machine is closed and the blasting process starts. A powerful ‘Eeco’ blast turbine throws the abrasive onto the rotating workpieces at high speed, ensuring uniform and efficient cleaning. The blasting medium is collected and cleaned and reused via a conveyor system. An integrated dust extraction system filters suspended dust particles and contributes to a clean working environment. Thanks to robust construction and efficient abrasive recycling, maintenance remains minimal and operating costs low.
